Worm driven Rotation Stages

Our worm driven rotation stages can do 360°rotation. Made of stainless steel or aluminum alloy, they have a long lifespan. We have 3 models, the smallest graduation is 2°, 5°. The maximal load capacity is 0.2kg, 15kg.

• The stage table can be coarsely adjusted at 360°.
• With 1° graduation over 360°, it is convenient to read.
• The axial clearance is adjustable for good stability.
• The worm gear drive is adopted with a high speed reduction ratio and high precision.
• The backlash eliminating structure ensures the meshing of worm and gear, reducing backlash during motion.
• The mounting holes are distributed on the base and table with standard hole spacing, which makes the stage convenient to combine with other series of stages to form multi-axis positioning stage.
