We have made a set of XYZ multi-dimensional motorized linear stage for Singapore customers.

For the special linear stage needed by our customers, we have taken the following measures.

• Make sure the travel range needed by the customer, design the product that meet the requirements.
• When selecting model, high precision linear stages with high precision repeatability are preferred.
• The customers require two parallel linear stages on the X axis to support the stage on the Y axis. After adjusted, the two stages achieved a perfect appearance of synchronous running. Then, the products are packaged separately to maintain the perfect synchronous running.

We have made a set of motorized positioning stage for American customers.

For the special lab used stage needed by our customers, we have taken the following measures.

• Determine the structure of the combined stage according to the experimental process of the customers,
• When selecting model, high load capacity linear or rotational stages with good repeatability are preferred.
• Customers require the products have high temperature resistance and corrosion resistance, so we selected the motor element with high temperature resistant, special surface coating with high temperature and corrosion resistance, and adopted a holistic sand blasting technology to meet the requirement of the customers.

We have made a set of Motorized Rotation Stages for German customers.

For the special test used rotation stage needed by our customers, we have taken the following measures.

• Customers require the products to rotate horizontally, so we added a rotation stage between the table and equipment to meet the requirement of the customers.
• When selecting model, high precision and large load capacity stages which rotate smoothly are preferred.
• Customers require the equipment mounted on the table keep horizontal at different positions. As the acceleration of the combined rotation stage meets the requirement of synchronization, we then programmed the controller developed by ourselves. Finally, the tested movement of the stage met the customer requirements.
