Vacuum Compatible Motorized Positioners

Vacuum compatible motorized linear stages use stainless steel as main material, are produced, processed and tested in vacuum. Equipped with stepper motor and ball screw drive, the stage is suitable for industrial processing, laboratory working or other heavy workload.
We provide two kinds of vacuum compatible motorized linear stages, their load capacity is 30kg and 50kg respectively. Multiple travel ranges to choose from: 50mm~500m.
